The Primedic
Handyscan is designed to enable detection of abdominal fluid and internal
injuries at the rescue scene. The Handyscan is an invaluable tool which will
assist with diagnosis of internal injury thereby strengthening rescue
management and life saving. The unit has a special
Shock-absorbing construction combined with simple
operation and one handed use with the built in shoulder strap. Vital
information is clearly displayed on the integrated 5 inch TFT-LCD display.
The unit weighs just 2.2 kg and with is available in 3,5/5,0 MHz or 5,0/7,5
MHz dual frequency mechanical probe configurations. Image-modes include: B,
B+B, B+M, M, Zoom and video output.
With 3 – 5 hours operating and a recharge time of just 4 hours the unit is
always ready for use even under extreme conditions. The built flashcard image storage and the optional one-hand release
wall-fixation provide flexibility. This unit
